Oversees Commerce Ltd. (hereinafter – the “Company”) was incorporated in Israel, in November 1967, as a limited liability company. In December 2016, the company’s shares and warrants (Series 1) were initially offered to the public to be traded in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, and the company became a publicly-listed company, in accordance with the meaning of this term in The Companies Law, 1999.

The Company and the subsidiaries it controls (hereinafter: the “Group”) are active in the provision of complete logistics services “From Port to Shelf” through:

a.       Containers, cargo and bonded warehouses (customs-supervised) terminals.

b.      Logistics warehouses (for diverse logistic operations) including climate-controlled (for imported merchandise after customs clearance or for local produce).

The Group’s operations are spread throughout Israel: Ashdod in Southern Israel (at the back of the harbor), Central Israel (Airport City and Ben-Gurion Airport) and Haifa in the north (at the back of the harbor).

The Company operates facilities with a total area of about 412 dunams, of which about 309 dunams of open spaces and about 103,000 sq.m of goods-storage structures.

In addition, the company is building a rear customs-controlled containers terminal and a climate-controlled bonded warehouse, in the city of Tema, Ghana, as part of the Company’s strategic plan for expanding its operations in Africa.

Oversees fully owns (100%) H.L. Refrigeration and Operation Ltd., which operates a refrigeration facility in the Kishon River, and also fully owns (100%) Oversees Commerce Ghana Ltd. – which builds a logistics facility for container storage and the operation of a refrigeration facility in Ghana.
