The firm is ranked as one of the leading real estate firms in Israel and abroad. The firm employs 19 employees, out of which 4 are partners, 8 lawyers, interns and administrative staff.

Urban renewal projects (Evacuation and Construction and NOP 38) - Our skilled and experienced urban renewal department has gained its expertise from handling unique projects of NOP 38/2 and “pinui binui”. Our office has vast experience in accompanying projects on behalf of apartment owners and entrepreneurs, starting from the preliminary tests and the formation of the initial feasibility for the project, up to the compilation of the project, handing over the new apartments to the happy owners and completing the registration of rights at the Israel Land Administration or at the Land Registration.

Hoteliery - the office deals with agreements in the field of hoteliery, with the specific characteristics of this field, including the purchase and sale of hotels, hotel management agreements, special lease agreements, franchise agreements with international chains, and more.

The Partners

Adv. Ophir Keynan, Managing Partner - Ophir has extensive experience as a senior executive in unique transactions and unusual and complex projects in the field of real estate. He is an expert in drawing up complex agreements, with great creativity, and is a wizard in finding the right legal attire for any business outline, including complex sales and purchase transactions for residences, offices, commerce, industry, real estate financing, etc. He is also adept in handling residential group purchase projects, offices, and industry. Adv. Keynan has a graduate degree in law (LL.B) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya (1999). Adv. Keynan also studied at the Faculty of Psychology and Communication at the University of Haifa.

Adv. Boaz Haim, Partner - Boaz has extensive experience in handling projects and transactions in the field of real estate, including stock transactions and management and rental agreements with hotel complexes. He personally accompanies the transactions and projects handled by the firm. Boaz graduated in law (LL.B.) from Shaarei Mishpat College (2005) and also graduated with a master's degree from Bar Ilan University's conflict management and negotiation program. From 2019 Adv. Boaz Haim serves as the CEO of an entrepreneurial company operating in Poland and owned by a leading client of the firm. Accordingly, he is used as an accompanying consultant to the firm.

Adv. Ben Hillel, Partner - Ben is an expert with an exceptional level of expertise in urban renewal transactions on all levels, handling projects of hundreds of housing units that were destroyed and rebuilt, in various projects of the best companies in the market. He has extensive experience in handling complex transactions in the field of real estate, including in malls and shopping centers. In the office, he is responsible for the consultant and contractor contracts. Ben is a law graduate (LL.B.) from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya (2007).

Adv. Daniel Pasternak, Partner - Daniel has extensive experience in leading complex transactions and accompanying residential, employment, and commercial projects. Daniel also specializes in handling complicated legal issues related to various land taxation, working with the Israel Land Administration, and the Land Registry Office, as well as in matters of registration and repair of condominiums, with the inspector of land registration.

Daniel is a graduate of a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) and economics (B.A) from the academic track - the College of Administration, as well as a graduate of a master's degree in real estate (MRE) from the Technion (with honors).
