Boaz possesses extensive experience and unique expertise in leading large-scale, complex real estate transactions and projects for top-tier developers and public companies in Israel. This includes intricate sale and purchase transactions, combination/cash/proceeds/equity-investment transactions, as well as integrated deals.

Furthermore, he specializes in handling "Mehir Lamishtaken" (government-subsidized housing) projects; high-density (residential) and detached housing projects; legal management of income-producing properties and real estate management; financing agreements, including mezzanine agreements; legal counseling on consultant, contractor, and infrastructure agreements; various transactions in the hospitality and hotel sector; and ongoing legal support for real estate projects throughout all their stages.

Since 2019, Adv. Boaz Haim has also served as the CEO of a development company operating in Poland, whose activities were recently went public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), and which is owned by a leading client of the firm. Accordingly, he serves as an accompanying consultant to the firm.
