Ben is an expert with exceptional proficiency in urban renewal transactions across all their various facets, handling projects involving hundreds of housing units that have been demolished and rebuilt, including diverse projects for the market's leading companies.

He possesses extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions, including sale and purchase transactions; high-density (residential) and detached housing projects; financing agreements; management and lease agreements in hospitality complexes; and ongoing legal support for real estate projects throughout all their stages. Furthermore, Ben has extensive and specialized experience in contractor agreements—a field he heads at our firm—as well as rich experience in the field of income-producing properties and shopping malls.
