Organizational Structure

The company operates through seven divisions:

1. Financial Systems and Public Services Division

Financial Systems:

In this field, the company operates in the banking sector, focusing primarily on computerized self-service terminals, including ATMs, cash dispensers, and ATM-based self-service information stations, as well as systems for the sorting, clearing, imaging, and processing of magnetic and optical documents.

Public Services Systems:

The company provides self-service information kiosks, self-service payment and exit stations that enable customers to complete transactions without the need for a cashier, as well as solutions for retail chains.

The division also manages a comprehensive, innovative, contactless queue-management solution.

2. Data & Analytics Platforms Division

The company operates across all sectors of the Israeli economy in the establishment and ongoing development of data warehouse systems and their various components.

The division provides leading cloud analytics platforms that seamlessly combine analytics in Data Lakes and Lakehouses with Data Warehouses, supporting advanced business intelligence systems and related products.

Our robotics and automation solutions include robots for transportation and service applications, washing, cleaning and vacuuming, disinfection robots, Telepresence robots, and Social Robots.

5. Cloud Solutions and Information Security Division

The company’s experts conduct Penetration Tests for organizations. These tests are designed to simulate external and/or internal attacks on an organization’s computing infrastructure, with the aim of challenging its security systems and identifying security vulnerabilities and potential risks.

6. Customer Service Division

Most of the professionals in the Customer Service Division have many years of hands-on practical experience, in addition to their formal training.

The division’s activities are organized into two principal areas: Hardware and Software.

Hardware:

The company’s hardware services cover all types of systems it markets, including enterprise-wide servers, midrange servers, workstations, self-service systems, teller-window terminals and points of sale, document-processing systems, and communications systems encompassing both voice and data.

Software:
