Liat Asraf Law Firm began its journey as a law office established in 2011. The firm provides legal services to clients from all sectors of the economy and specializes in a wide range of legal matters, including the preparation of small claims, real estate law – drafting sale, purchase and lease agreements, TAMA 38 (urban renewal), evacuation-reconstruction projects (Pinui-Binui), enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, eviction and removal claims, claims for ownership rights, road accident claims, monetary claims, wills and inheritance, as well as contract law and a broad range of civil law matters.
Adv. Liat Asraf, Founder and Owner
Adv. Liat Asraf holds an LL.B. degree in Law from the Academic Center for Law in Ramat Gan and an LL.M. degree from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in mediation and negotiation. She is also a certified mediator and has been a licensed notary since 2021. In addition, she holds a real estate brokerage license and numerous professional certifications in the fields of real estate, real estate taxation, continuing powers of attorney, road accidents, enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy and insolvency.
Nearly 20 Years of Professional Experience
Over the past 20 years, including her pre-internship period, legal internship and years as an attorney, Adv. Asraf has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in advising and accompanying numerous real estate transactions across the full spectrum of the field. Among other positions, she managed a lease-fee collection department for the Israel Land Administration at one of the largest law firms in Be’er Sheva.
Adv. Liat Asraf also volunteers in the “Mitzvah for a Fee” program operated by the Israel Bar Association and provides legal services and representation in court, free of charge, to individuals of limited means.
Extensive Expertise in Urban Renewal
In recent years, Israel in general, and Be’er Sheva in particular, has experienced significant growth in the fields of evacuation-reconstruction projects (Pinui-Binui) and TAMA 38. Adv. Asraf represents and provides ongoing legal counsel to residents in several active urban renewal projects in Be’er Sheva, including Pinui-Binui agreements relating to 14 Zeev Jabotinsky Street, 36 Zeev Jabotinsky Street, 99 HaShalom Street, 14 Golomb Street, the Golomb 5–35 complex (odd-numbered buildings), as well as numerous additional projects currently in negotiations, with close and continuous support for the residents throughout the process.
