Liat Asraf Law Firm was established as a law office in 2011. The firm provides services for clients from all sectors of the economy, specializing in small claims, real estate (including drafting contracts for purchase/sale/rental), urban renewal (NOP 38 and eviction-reconstruction projects), debt collection, bankruptcy, eviction claims, ownership claims, car accidents, monetary claims, wills and inheritance, and contract law, covering all aspects of civil law.
Attorney Liat Asraf, Founder and Owner
Attorney Asraf holds a B. LL degree in Law from the Academic Center of Law in Ramat Gan and a master's in law from Bar-Ilan University, specializing in mediation and negotiation. She is a certified mediator, a notary since 2021, a licensed real estate agent, and holds numerous certifications in real estate, real estate tax, lasting power of attorney, car accidents, debt collection, and bankruptcy.
Nearly 20 Years of Experience
Over the past 18 years, through internship, and as a lawyer, Attorney Asraf has gained extensive experience handling various real estate transactions. She previously managed the lease fee collection department for the Israel Land Authority at one of the largest law firms in Be'er Sheva. Attorney Asraf volunteers in the “Schar Mitzvah” program of the Israel Bar Association, providing pro bono legal services and court representation for those in need.
Expertise in Urban Renewal
In recent years, Be'er Sheva, much like most of the country, has expanded into urban renewal and NOP 38 projects. Attorney Asraf currently represents and supports tenants in several active urban renewal projects in Be'er Sheva, such as 14 Ze'ev Jabotinsky, 36 Ze'ev Jabotinsky, 99 HaShalom, 14 Golomb, and many other projects under negotiation, closely guiding tenants throughout the process.
