Practice areas: Management of medical malpractice lawsuits and complex legal proceedings against health institutes and hospitals; representation of victims in the patients’ rights, medical law and financing of special treatment abroad fields.

Adv. Skalsky took part in the enactment of the Organ Transplants Law and the establishment of public and private institutes that have a significant impact on the Israeli Health System.

In addition, he counsels and represents business enterprises in the fields of medicine, medical equipment, food and biotechnology and is a member of the Medicine and Law Association and the Israeli Bar Association’s Torts Forum.

He served as the expert of the program “Doctor on Duty” (with Ram Tadmor) in Reshet Aleph on the topics of medical malpractice and Medicine Law.
