The firm was established in 2002 by the founder and owner Adv. Smadar Shemesh, an experienced lawyer and licensed notary, certified mediator accredited in continuous power of attorney drafting. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Notaries Committee of the Bar Association.
She holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in law with a specialization in civil-commercial law.
