M.B.C is headed by the founder and owner Mr. Amikam Ben Tzvi, former chairman of Standards Institute of Israel. Ben Tzvi began his journey in the world of real estate as the CEO of the largest elevator company in Israel, 'Schindler Nehushtan Elevators' and as the CEO of 'Nehushtin Real Estate’ who initiated and built, among others, the Neve Tzedek tower. Later, Ben Zvi gained additional experience and a great reputation in the real estate industry as a shareholder and co-director of Dan Public Transportation and Dan Real Estate - one of the largest real estate companies and entrepreneurs in Israel, that initiated and established many residential projects, as well as by his tenure as CEO of Amidar - the National Housing Company in Israel. Amidar manages approximately 100,000 apartments in public housing and is the executive arm of the Ministry of Housing for urban renewal, including projects on the eviction and construction (Pinui-Binui) track.
