The company is a contracting company that has been operating in the field of plumbing and sewage systems for the past 30 years.

The majority of its work is carried out in urban renewal projects (evacuation and reconstruction), government price capped projects (“mechir lamishtaken”), and new construction projects.

The company was established in 1992 by the father of the family, the late Gershom Arzuan. In 2013 the management was passed on to his sons, Moshe and Assaf. The company employs 15 employees, among them are field, office, and operational workers.

In recent years the company expanded its activities to high-rise buildings and has successfully completed several complex projects in various areas of the country. The high-rise buildings area accounts for most of the company’s projects, and the company is currently carrying out several of these projects in Gush Dan and HaSharon regions.
