Adv. Eran Rosenberg heads the firm's Real Estate and Urban Renewal practice. He has nearly three decades of experience advising on a broad range of real estate matters, including residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial and logistics projects, and complex real estate transactions.
His practice encompasses land acquisitions, logistics center acquisitions, combination transactions, purchasers' groups, residential development projects throughout Israel, transactions under the Law for the Encouragement of Capital Investments, the establishment of real estate investment funds and their acquisition of assets, ongoing legal representation of shopping malls and commercial centers, and mixed-use residential projects incorporating hospitality components.
Adv. Rosenberg advises clients throughout every stage of a transaction, from structuring and planning the deal, conducting negotiations and drafting transaction documents, through to closing and implementation.
He has extensive experience in urban renewal projects, including Tama 38 and evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) projects.
Prior to joining Rosenberg Lerner, as a partner at leading law firms, Adv. Rosenberg was involved in some of Israel's largest and most significant real estate transactions, including the acquisition of the land on which the White City project in Tel Aviv was developed, the sale of the Tel Aviv Wholesale Market complex, and the sale of the former Tnuva Dairy complex, which was subsequently developed into the Midtown Tel Aviv project.
