Leadership
The firm is headed by Adv. Ilan Shavit-Stricks, who is frequently appointed by Israeli courts as an officer (trustee/receiver) in complex insolvency cases. As part of his notable achievements, Adv. Shavit led the national project administration for the environmental cleanup and rehabilitation of the "Steel City" in Acre. He also served as a trustee in the international insolvency proceedings of the Bagir Group, managing cross-border asset realization. Additionally, he serves as a co-trustee for the Besadno Group, working to recover funds for hundreds of public investors while managing an array of US real estate funds and dozens of startups.
