Saleem Lahham Development and Construction Ltd. is active in two major construction segments: Initiation and contracting-execution works. Its initiation operations focus mainly on high-density residential projects and high-standards commerce buildings, while its contracting-execution activities focus on detached houses and public buildings such as schools, libraries, commercial centers etc.
The company has a C5 Unlimited classification at the Contractors' Registrar, and is approved by the Standards Institute of Israel as a recognized contractor in the construction industry (classification C5).
The company is managed by Saleem Lahham, who graduated from the Technion with a B.Sc., Civil Engineering, and is a member of the presidential board of the Israel Builders Association, and former chairman of the Contractor's Organization North Israel branch.
