Education: LL.B. and B.A., Media, Tel Aviv University; LL.M., Tel Aviv University; Licensed attorney since 1999.

Interned at Nachum Feinberg & Co. law firm and continued to work for the firm as an attorney for three years.

Head of the Labor Law Department at the Yossifoff, Cohen & Co. law firm (2003-2007).

Former teaching assistant in a course on labor law given by Prof. Rut Ben Israel and Prof. Guy Mundlak, and lecturer on labor law in various frameworks.

Adv. Deutsch has a vast expertise and experience in representing leading companies and organizations in the market, providing both ongoing consultations and representation in legal proceedings, complex reorganizations, individual and collective negotiations, parity committees and arbitrations.

Adv. Deutsch lectures at in-service training programs and seminars given by the Israel Bar Association, at employer organization conferences, at the Society for Labor Law, in-service training programs for HR managers, and more.

She is an arbitrator and mediator in collective and individual proceedings.

Public Positions: Chairperson of the Lahav's Labor Committee.
