Its founder and owner, Adv. Shai Sultan leads the firm, providing ongoing legal counsel to local authorities and both private and public corporations in Israel across civil, commercial, insurance, and real estate law. Adv. Sultan also serves as Deputy Chair of the Insurance Committee (Central District) at the Israeli Bar Association. He holds an LL.B. in Law and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Bar-Ilan University. In addition, he is a Captain (res.), formerly a company commander in the Armored Corps.
