Founded in 1977 and located in Karmiel since its establishment, MTC Industries and Research is a longstanding Israeli leader in development and manufacturing of advanced electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-systems for the defense and aerospace industries. MTC specializes in the production of motion control assemblies for a wide range of aerospace and ground defense platforms including servo actuators, motors, gyroscopes, resolvers, steering units, slip rings, fuel control systems, and more. The company provides designated unique technological solutions, being the sole manufacturer in Israel and among only few worldwide in various projects.

In recent years, MTC has experienced substantial expansion, manifested by its relocation to a newly developed self-owned industrial technology park in Karmiel, paving the way for new business ventures. The new headquarters allow MTC to strengthen its quality human capital, significantly increase its production capacity, expand its range of solutions, and strengthen its technological capabilities. The location of the new and advanced site in the heart of the galilee region is expected to inspire other companies to establish operations and invest in the northern periphery, thus, contribute to regional development and economic expansion.

MTC Thermal Coating Division provides advanced surface technology services - applying thermal spray coatings for the overhaul, enhancement and repair of mechanical components and assemblies. MTC provides solutions to a wide range of applications and industries through various technologies such as plasma/arc spray and HVOF.

MTC coatings protect your part against abrasion, erosion, sliding wear, fretting wear, adhesive wear, fatigue, cavitation effects or chemical attack - and restore it dimensionally, while enhancing its original properties – making it more durable and extending its lifetime.

MTC offers extensive experience refurbishing aerospace components – jet engines in particular - in compliance with manufacturer's specification. MTC implements the entire repair procedure – machining and grinding of coatings, welding (including TIG and electron beam processes), heat treatment, and 3D final inspection. MTC in-house metallurgical lab inspects and supervises various processes – providing in-process and acceptance testing, material and failure analyses, as well as developing customized coating solutions.

MTC DENTAL DIVISION has been marketing advanced dental products based on its vast experience in developing and producing precise products for the dental market and various industries for over two decades. The division offers quality solutions for dental practitioners and labs, including designated equipment and consumable materials, with special emphasis on reliability, performance, practitioner’s convenience and patient’s comfort, adhering to global quality standards. The division utilizes a network of distributers and professional business partners.
