Shlomo Avitan Law Office was established in 1996 in Be'er Sheva and has grown to become one of the largest, leading, and most highly regarded law offices in southern Israel.

Adv. Shlomo Avitan has more than 30 years of legal experience and possesses extensive expertise in providing comprehensive legal services across a broad range of practice areas, including civil law, commercial law, white-collar crime, real estate, labor law, torts, debt collection and enforcement proceedings, and more.

The office is comprised of eight attorneys and four administrative professionals.

The office operates through four principal departments:

Real Estate Department

The department provides comprehensive legal services in all aspects of real estate law, including representation of developers and purchasers in first-hand (new) residential projects, second-hand property transactions, tenders, registration of property rights, representation before housing companies, and related real estate matters.

Commercial Department

The Commercial Department provides ongoing legal counsel in a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, company formation and dissolution, corporate restructuring, demergers, liquidations, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency proceedings, corporate rehabilitation, and bankruptcy matters.

Family Law and Inheritance Department

This department provides complementary legal services, including the preparation of wills, prenuptial and financial agreements, probate and succession orders, estate planning for family-owned businesses, enduring powers of attorney, and related legal matters.

Litigation Department

The Litigation Department specializes in handling complex legal disputes in the fields of civil law, commercial law, white-collar crime, administrative law, and labor law before all judicial instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
