Adv. Cohen co-founded the firm and served as its Managing Partner for 20 years.

During these years, Adv. Cohen advised and guided senior management of the leading corporations in the Israeli economy on tax planning, provided legal support for projects throughout their construction phases, and drafted expert professional opinions. Adv. Cohen has garnered extensive experience in the field of municipal taxation and is credited with numerous achievements that have reduced the tax burden of business and institutional entities by hundreds of millions of NIS. Furthermore, his work has led to changes in billing methodologies and the restructuring of rate tariffs within local authorities, to the benefit of all taxpayers. In recent years, Adv. Cohen has served as a consultant to the firm and its clients, contributing his decades of experience in the field.
