Moshe Kahn, Adv. - Founder and Owner

The founder of the firm, Adv. Moshe Kahn has more than twenty years of expertise as a business lawyer providing legal counseling and representation to local and foreign companies, including leading multinationals operating in Israel, in a wide range of industries and in various matters including: complex commercial, M&A and cross-border transactions, as well as real estate transactions, investments in hi-tech companies, and representation of clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Kahn is a member of both the Israel and New York Bars.

Mr. Kahn's vast experience in business law has seen his appointment to a number of Boards of Directors of companies in various industries and as a member of the expert team at Think Excellence Ltd. (Think Excellence), a company providing multi-disciplinary assessments for investors.

Mr. Kahn serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association's Corporate and Capital Markets committee and the Real-Estate committee.. He is the He also founded the Center for Mediation of Conflicts between Lawyers, of the Israel Bar Association's National Mediation Institution.

Mr. Kahn's legal career began in the law offices of Gornitzky & Co, and M. Seligman & Co, in Israel, and at Rosenman & Colin (currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman) in New York.

Mr. Kahn has an LL.B degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel, and is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
