Founded in 1949 as "Lion Radio Service," "Lion Electronics Ltd." served as a cornerstone for the entire electronics market in Israel’s north, catering primarily to technicians, laboratories, and schools.

In 1984, the company underwent a major transformation, becoming a primary supplier to industry, the defense sector, high-tech companies, and educational institutions—serving both R&D and manufacturing needs.
