Igloreen Ltd. is a holding company engaged in financial management, analysis, and business development. The company holds subsidiary companies for project management, direct holdings in start-up companies, and consulting for complex projects. Additionally, through its subsidiary company Villa in Wast (formerly known as Tama 38 Funds), the company initiates the establishment of a self-contained picking facility and corporate events in the Golan Heights.
Igloreen Ltd holds a 50% stake in Alt Gaon Holdings Ltd, along with Arrow 57 Ltd (50%). Alt Gaon Holdings holds 100% in various project companies. In the context of holding these project companies, Alt Gaon Holdings' initial activity was the acquisition, development, construction, and sale of all the apartments in the George Eliot 10 project in Tel Aviv. Today, it is in the midst of the Bazel 21 project in Tel Aviv and towards the permit phase on a project at Heshmonaim 77, also in Tel Aviv. Ronen, who manages Alt Gaon Holdings Ltd, is accompanied by Erez Alt, responsible for project management, coordination, planning, and execution, both with extensive accumulated experience in the field.
Igloreen was founded in 2016 by Ronen Gaon, who holds an advanced degree in finance from the Hebrew University and a bachelor's degree in economics from the Hebrew University. He is a graduate of the management and credit training program at Bank Hapoalim. In the past, Ronen served as the finance manager at Infrastructure Company, branch manager at Jerusalem Bank main branch (2001-2008), and branch manager at Dexia Bank (2008-2012). He has been actively involved in business activities since 2012, serving as a director in various public and financial companies. Ronen has been part of the first directorate and volunteered for many years in the 8200 business assistance program in the Golan Heights Regional Council.
The business strategy is to diversify activities into different areas to balance business trends.
The company employs Ronen as a salaried controller and occasionally hires additional staff during busy periods. It also seeks assistance from various consultants, mainly external legal advisors (Attorneys Omer Gedish, Asaf Ezeri, and others).
