In 2016, AMG purchased Elidan Plastic, forming a group. The group's vision is to become an International leader in the field of plastic product development, providing high-quality and comprehensive solutions for all customers.

The group employs a diverse workforce of about 400 workers, including Jews, Druze, and Arabs, working together to achieve the group’s goals, while promoting coexistence and harmony.

In 2016, AMG purchased Elidan Plastics Ltd., a company with over 35 years of experience, specializing in the production of plastic packaging using blow molding techniques for bottles and containers. Elidan is considered one of the leading companies in Israel in the PET field, manufacturing and marketing a variety of products for industries such as cosmetics, food, beverages, agriculture, hygiene, and more. The company offers a range of products from bottles and standard containers of various volumes, as well as a line producing custom containers and bottles according to the customer's requirements.
