Attorney Meirav Ramon Efraim
A member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997, Attorney Meirav Ramon Efraim holds a master’s degree in law and has extensive and unique experience in the fields of social security law and tort law. She began her legal career as legal counsel at the National Insurance Institute, a role in which she earned significant recognition and gained in-depth knowledge and direct familiarity with the system from the inside, an essential advantage for her clients today.
In 2008, Attorney Ramon Efraim established her own boutique law firm, dedicated to providing personal, professional, and focused legal representation. The firm specializes in representation before the National Insurance Institute, insurance companies, and pension funds, guiding clients through a wide range of proceedings. These include hearings before medical committees, claims for work accidents, road accidents, school accidents, general disability and special services benefits, loss of work capacity, terror-related injuries, claims for income tax exemptions on medical grounds, and medical malpractice lawsuits.
The firm also has expertise in procedures for regulating “resident” status with the National Insurance Institute, as well as claims to recognize “common-law partners” for the purpose of receiving survivors’ benefits from the National Insurance Institute and/or pension funds.
The firm’s uniqueness lies in both Attorney Ramon Efraim’s extensive experience and her personal, thorough, and professional approach to each case. Clients receive close guidance throughout all stages of the process, from initial consultation to achieving maximum compensation. Every case is managed with sensitivity, transparency, and full commitment to the client’s success.
Despite countless success stories, the firm maintains strict confidentiality and protects client privacy. All information is handled in absolute discretion, in accordance with the law and ethical rules.
Attorney Ramon Efraim believes that behind every case stands a person, with a story, with challenges, and with the right to fair, professional, and uncompromising representation.
