My name is Michal Penkel, Attorney-at-Law and Notary.

For many years, I have been advising, supporting, and representing clients in all aspects of family law, including:

family expansion through surrogacy in Israel and abroad; regulation of children’s legal status and obtaining parenthood orders; wills and inheritance matters; marriage and divorce; and drafting family agreements, including prenuptial agreements, agreements between heirs, and cohabitation agreements.

I understand that you may be in a complex, unfamiliar, and often emotionally challenging situation. Over the years, I have represented hundreds of clients, handled a wide variety of cases, and gained significant experience along with many successful outcomes.
