Shadi Hazan - VP of Engineering & Chief Engineer

Shadi Hazan serves as the VP of Engineering and Chief Engineer of the Sammi Noufi Group. He is a Civil and Geodetic Engineer with over 30 years of professional experience in engineering, execution, and project management.

In his role, Mr. Hazan is responsible for leading the company’s engineering, planning, and control divisions, overseeing all engineering aspects throughout the project lifecycle—from initiation and design to execution and delivery.

Additionally, he directs engineering teams, project managers, and professional consultants, while managing planning processes, quality control, tenders, and coordination among all stakeholders involved in the projects.

His work is driven by extensive professional expertise, advanced engineering concepts, and complex management capabilities, combined with an uncompromising commitment to quality, safety, precision, and the highest standards of execution.
