Shadi Hazan – Chief Engineer

A civil and geodetic engineer with over 30 years of professional experience, serving as the VP of Engineering and Chief Engineer of the Sami Noufi and Sons Ltd. group.

In his role, he is entrusted with formulating and leading the company's engineering concept, as well as managing the engineering, planning, and control systems throughout all project stages—from initiation and planning to completion of execution and handover.

Under his professional responsibility the engineering teams, project managers, and professional consultants, alongside the management and implementation of planning processes, controls, tenders, and coordination among all parties involved in the project.

His work is grounded in extensive professional expertise, advanced engineering thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects, with an uncompromising adherence to quality, safety, precision, and compliance with the highest standards.
