In the field of real estate, Adv. Mazuz has specialized skills in managing eviction and property clearance proceedings. His extensive experience includes handling sensitive cases involving trespassers, boundary violators, and delinquent tenants, with a focus on maximum efficiency while safeguarding property owners’ rights. Adv. Mazuz has been authorized to represent the State for approximately 15 years under a power of attorney from the Attorney General.

Among his professional achievements, Adv. Mazuz, in collaboration with Adv. David Cantor, led a landmark state lawsuit against hundreds of defendants in an eviction case process that became a leading legal precedent upheld by the Supreme Court and widely cited in courts at various levels.
