The firm is led by its founder and owner, Attorney Ahuva Issachar, who has four decades of experience representing clients in courts and rabbinical courts, in mediation processes, estate administration, partition of joint property, and drafting agreements between family members, especially spouses. Due to her extensive experience and broad professional activity, she takes an active role in professional panels, and seminars, organizing and moderating conferences and sessions, including those held at the Israeli Bar Association's central studio.

Over the years, she has held numerous professional and public roles, including Chair of the Family Courts Committee at the Israeli Bar Association, Member of the Committee for the Appointment of Rabbinical Judges, Member of the Steering Committee on Minor Representation, Head of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Bar, Partner at the Judge Chaim Cohen Center for the Protection of Human and Social Rights, and a Member of the Bar's Disciplinary Tribunal. Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Rabbinical Courts Committee at the Israeli Bar Association.

She holds an LL.B. in Law from Bar-Ilan University (1978) and has been a licensed attorney since 1980. She is also a certified mediator and notary.
