Upon deciding to pursue a legal procedure and active involvement, an up-to-date snapshot is formed regarding the nature of the debt and the characteristics of the debtor and the debt. A tactical decision is made accordingly, regarding the manner in which the required procedures are implemented. Decisions about the method of treatment are always in accordance with the client and his approval. The process is brought to fruition including and in particular through the exercise of temporary remedies on a one-party basis in order to prevent the smuggling of assets and rights and increase the chances of enforcing the charge in any old case.
