Moreover, their past roles as senior managers in various organizations have given them broad experience with diverse populations, allowing them to connect with clients and understand different behavioral and thought patterns.
Attorney Shosh Peri holds a master's degree in social psychology and a law degree. She served in the military as an officer for 22 years, gaining extensive experience with various populations, particularly soldiers, officers
civilian employees of the IDF. She also served six years as VP of Human Resources and Administration at a major Israeli corporation. She frequently lectures on the firm's areas of expertise at commercial organizations, government offices, and private institutions.

Peri & Co. firmly believes that mediation can resolve any dispute. In divorce proceedings, they remind parents seeking separation that they were once children themselves and emphasize the importance of minimizing conflict for their children's well-being.
Even in other family disputes, such as inheritance conflicts or parent-child disagreements, they guide their clients toward negotiated settlements or mediation, drawing on their extensive experience. Their core belief is that solutions always lie in the hands of both parties and that preserving family relationships post-conflict is crucial.
