Development of construction methods of bridge sections for train development and renovation methods to rehabilitate bridges.
Development of maintenance systema of bridges and transportation structures.
Dr. Brown wrote more than 20 articles and participated in developing standards for the design and construction of bridges and tunnels of the Soviet Union.
