Nadiv Ltd. established in 2005, Located in a building of 2800 square meters built on 3 floors, and employs 80 workers.

Major customers are RAFAEL, IAI, Elbit, Elta and their suppliers.

All processes are performed according to international standards and customer Process

Our factory is certified by NADCAP and the Standards Institute for AS9100D – a standard for the aviation and aerospace industry based on ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.

Main technologies are:

• Conversion coating yellow/clear – ROHS included (according to MIL-DTL-5541)

• Anodized coating (according to MIL-PRF-8625):

-Hard anodize

-Chromic Anodize.

-Sulfuric Anodize

-All sealing procedures

-Variety of pigments.

• SS and copper passivation (according to AMS2700/ASTM A 967/QQ-P-35)

• Teflon impregnation

• Cleaning/pre-treatment procedures for coating and ultrasonic cleaning

• Painting - Wet Paints, Dry Lubrication, Primer BR-127, Primer EW5000 (according to processes specifications)

The company is also providing wiring and electronic boxes, and has the authority to work for welding and wiring standards: IPC-620, IPC-610, Checking the performance quality.
