The company was founded in 2005 by brothers Thaer and Ihab Khalayleh, both of whom have extensive experience in building, development, and construction. They are the company's owners, while their third brother, Anan Khalayleh, oversees execution.

In its early years, the company focused on construction and paving work. Over time, it expanded into real estate development, acquiring additional companies such as Mendi Development & Construction and Nof Beitar 44. Since its establishment, the company has been responsible for constructing thousands of housing units, including single-family homes and high-density residential buildings across Israel, focusing on Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Bnei Brak, and Bat Yam.

The company provides a comprehensive, all-inclusive service, handling excavation and reinforcement work, finishing, occupancy, and direct delivery of apartments to residents while offering ongoing support throughout the warranty period.  Khalayleh Brothers owns private construction equipment, such as scaffolding, formwork, tower cranes, telescopic loaders, pumps, and other equipment used across all projects.
