After being admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1983, Ms. Levin worked in commercial law firms in Tel Aviv before founding her own firm in 1991.
In 2016, she completed a bachelor's degree in the preservation of historic buildings from the Western Galilee Academic College in Acre and now she has completed a master's degree in the preservation of historic buildings at Bar Ilan University.
Unlike other law firms which deal with real estate transactions only occasionally, her offices deal with the intricacies of real estate law day in and day out. Their detailed, up-to-the-minute expert knowledge gives them a vital advantage when it comes to real estate contract negotiations and allows them to guide their clients smoothly through all the legal requirements.
Ms. Levin is completely fluent in both English and Hebrew and is very familiar with business culture both abroad and in Israel. English speakers appreciate her ability to act as a bridge between their home countries and Israel, and her skill in anticipating and meeting their needs.
The firm is dedicated to taking the hassle out of the legal processes involved in buying or selling real estate in Israel.
Nicole Levin law firm also deals with the preservation of historical buildings and is an expert in this field and helps its customers who have purchased a building for conservation to deal with the special rules that apply to these buildings, including the transfer of building rights and everything that entails.
