The firm operates through two primary professional departments, providing a broad and in-depth legal framework:
Real Estate Department
Led by Adv. Keren Reuven Cohen, the department specializes in all areas of real estate law in Israel, with particular focus on urban renewal projects — including TAMA 38 and Pinui-Binui — representing both property owners and developers. Over the years, the firm has represented dozens of urban renewal projects and has accompanied thousands of residents from the initial planning stage through full project implementation.
In addition, the department provides legal support for residential and commercial transactions, land deals, combination transactions, lease agreements, registration of rights and property management.
The firm also represents clients in courts and in complex legal proceedings relating to real estate rights, including eviction of trespassers, dissolution of co-ownership, receivership proceedings and proceedings before the Enforcement and Collection Authority.
Family Law, Wills and Estates Department
Led by Adv. Haim Cohen, the department handles all aspects of family law, including financial agreements between spouses, wills, inheritances, estates, enduring powers of attorney and representation before family courts — with sensitivity, discretion and strategic thinking.
