Hod Atier Ltd. was established in 2014 as a subsidiary of the long-established and leading steel manufacturer “Had-Assaf Metals.”

The company was founded as a strategic partnership between the late Moshe Cohen, one of Israel’s senior steel industry entrepreneurs, and Rami Shani, owner of Had-Assaf Metals. This powerful connection provided Hod Atier Ltd. with a strong industrial backbone, deep professional expertise, and uncompromising execution capabilities, positioning it today at the forefront of the industry in Israel.

In 2026, full ownership was acquired by Ehud Cohen, who has managed the company since its establishment.
