Adv. Ofer Toister holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. from the University of London (London School of Economics). With approximately 45 years of experience, he specializes in planning and building law and urban renewal and is considered one of the leading attorneys in the field. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

Additionally, Adv. Toister lectures at professional training courses for the Israel Bar Association and the Israel Real Estate Appraisers Association. Over the years, he has led public initiatives involving senior professionals in planning and building law, addressing key issues in the field. Adv. Toister has been awarded honorary membership by the Israel Real Estate Appraisers Association.

 

Adv. Meital Toister Rosenthal holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and was admitted to the bar in 2007.

Following her internship with Supreme Court President Justice Dorit Beinisch, Adv. Toister Rosenthal practiced commercial litigation at Erdinast, Ben Nathan & Co. from 2008 to 2013. Since 2014, she has been a partner at Ofer Toister Advocates. Adv. Toister Rosenthal manages numerous complex legal proceedings related to planning and building law, both before planning institutions and in courts. Additionally, she lectures in various professional forums on planning, building, and urban renewal.

 

Adv. Nitzan Zimran holds an LL.B. from the University of Haifa and was admitted to the bar in 2002.

Throughout his career, Adv. Zimran has worked at several leading planning and building law firms in Israel. He has represented local authorities, public bodies, infrastructure companies, private companies, and developers, before all planning institutions and judicial bodies. Adv. Zimran handles all aspects of planning and building law and urban renewal, including planning consultation, licensing, appeals, objections, and court appearances. In 2020, he joined the firm as a partner after several years as a senior attorney in the planning and building department at Meitar, Attorneys at Law.
