Founding Partners

Adv. Lior Tomashin

Adv. Tomashin was holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1993. Adv. Tomashin is a sough-after lecturer regarding medicine and law amongst workers unions, pensioners and the public. Adv. Tomashin hosts a weekly radio show in 100FM, regarding bodily harm. He authored (in collaboration with his two colleagues) the book “Workplace Accidents and Occupational Diseases” and is considered to be a fundamental book regarding rights of workplace accident victims.

Adv. Tomashin served in the IDF both as a military prosecutor and as a military defense attorney and achieved numerous successes.

Adv. Gilad Markman has an LL.B. (cum laude) from the Hebrew University and an LL.M. (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University, and was admitted into the Israel Bar Association in 1991. Adv. Markman was chairman of the National Insurance Committee of the Israel Bar Association and is one of the authors of the book “Workplace Accidents and Occupational Diseases”.

Adv. Markman served in the IDF as a District Prosecutor in the MAG corps.
