I. Wishahi Construction Ltd. was founded in 1993 by Adv. Ismael Wishahi, a Technion-trained construction engineer and a graduate of the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. After more than a decade of hands-on experience managing and executing diverse construction projects, he established the company as a privately owned construction and development firm.

Since its establishment, I. Wishahi Construction Ltd. has been actively involved in the construction and execution of a wide range of residential, commercial, and public projects across Israel. Over the years, the company has earned a strong reputation for high construction standards, reliability, and financial stability, successfully delivering complex projects for some of Israel’s leading companies and public institutions.

The company owns advanced construction equipment, including cranes, and maintains land reserves. It holds a G5 Unlimited Classification from the Ministry of Construction and Housing, including authorization for government construction projects, as well as ISO 9002 certification from the Standards Institution of Israel.

Headquartered in Jerusalem, the company employs 14 professionals in its management offices and works with a broad network of subcontractors and service providers. Projects are carried out nationwide, both as a contractor through public tenders and as a developer.

Among the company’s clients are Shikun & Binui, Belelious Group, Azorim, B. Yair, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, and others.

Projects as a Developer

As a development company, in partnership with another firm, I. Wishahi Construction completed and populated a 265-unit residential project in the Moreshet neighborhood of Modi’in. Additionally, the company is currently awaiting a construction permit for a development project consisting of 155 residential units and commercial areas in the Ein HaTchelet neighborhood, Netanya.

Adv. Ismael Wishahi – Chairman & CEO

Adv. Ismael Wishahi is a construction engineer with over 30 years of professional experience and a certified arbitrator for the Israel Institute of Engineers. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. in Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an LL.B. and LL.M. in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and an engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Adv. Wishahi is a practicing attorney and serves as a board member of government-owned companies.
