Idan, the company's CEO, holds a B.Sc. degree in civil engineering with a focus on construction management from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. After his studies, he gained extensive experience in project management in one of the largest and leading contracting companies in Israel. During his military service, a significant and important experience occurred. Idan is a veteran of an elite unit in which he served as an officer. He was injured in an operational activity, which resulted in a disability. Like many other IDF veterans, Idan also encountered the complex and frustrating bureaucracy of large organizations in Israel. His personal experience dealing with bureaucratic systems led him to rearrange his priorities in life and stand by the side of people in the field where he gained knowledge and extensive experience, enabling him to influence and act on behalf of those whose voices are not always heard - the field of urban renewal.
