Urban Renewal

The office specializes in urban renewal, accompanying large-scale NOP 38 and evacuation-reconstruction projects, guiding residents from the organization stage through the bidding process for selecting the developer to the implementation stage, including estimating the appropriate compensation for residents and developers, Standard 21, allocation tables for future apartments, and more.

Planning
