Y. Shomroni -Construction  and  Investment  Company Ltd. is a private company, legally incorporated and registered in Israel.

The company specializes, among other things, in performing infrastructure, development, and construction works for governmental, public, and private entities. The company was founded in 1992 by Yosef Shomroni, who is also the company's CEO (the head contractor on behalf of the contractors' organization in 2018) and has been operating continuously ever since.

The company has the highest classification- 100 (construction industry), 200 (roads, infrastructure, and development), and 400 (sewage and water) and holds a government-recognized contractor's certificate.

The company also carried out private projects in Israel and abroad, including constructing commercial centers, residential buildings, and clinics.

The company employs personnel in various fields, including engineers, surveyors, operators of mechanical engineering equipment, foremen, and simple laborers, as well as highly knowledgeable and experienced management and supervisory teams. In addition, the company employs subcontractors (for landscaping, lighting, frames, air conditioning, etc.) and collaborates with many suppliers and manufacturers in numerous areas.

The company possesses dedicated engineering mechanical equipment for the execution of all the required works, an executive team, and a qualified management team (engineers and foremen) for the purpose of providing a comprehensive solution for the immediate completion of all construction works.

The company maintains a quality management control system ISO 1115:1111. It undertakes to accomplish the projects in accordance with the schedules and to the satisfaction of the client in an appropriate manner.

Its clients include the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Defense, and government agencies.
