Professional Activities: Attorney, CPA, and founding partner, managing the firm. Formerly head of the professional division and head of the contractors and real estate division at the Tax Authority. Senior partner in drafting legislative amendments in income tax and real estate taxation. Chairman and member of professional committees at the Tax Authority, author of dozens of professional directives and circulars during his tenure. Exam writer for the Council of Appraisers in tax and real estate law, member of tax committees for the Bar Association and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and former co-chairman of the VAT Committee at the Bar Association. Specializes in taxes, civil and criminal money laundering, corporate law, real estate law, and civil and commercial law. Editorial board member of professional journals, and former lecturer in tax law at colleges, universities, and professional associations. Previously coordinated preparatory courses for tax advisors and accountants for certification exams and led training for Tax Authority inspectors' certification exams. Author of hundreds of professional articles on tax law in the press and professional literature. Provides legal consulting and support to accountants and attorneys on matters related to financial reports and valuations and appointed by court officers in insolvency cases in these contexts.
