Education: LL.B. in Law, Bar-Ilan University (2005); B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration, College of Management (1998) 

Prior positions: Former international taxation officer at the International Taxation Unit of the professional division of the Tax Authority and assistant to the Deputy Director of the Tax Authority. Senior partner in drafting legislative amendments in international taxation. Secretary of numerous professional committees and author of dozens of professional circulars in international and local taxation, execution guidelines, professional instructions, and tax decisions. Contributed to Israel's double taxation treaty negotiations. 

Teaching positions: Senior lecturer in tax law at the College of Management, the Open University, and various professional forums. Coordinate courses preparing tax advisors and accountants for certification exams. Previously a lecturer in inspector courses as part of the professional training for the Tax Authority. 

Books and articles: Author of professional articles on tax law in the press and professional literature. 

Organization memberships: Member of the Israel Bar Association (2005); Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
