Dan Berman - Founder and Owner, Partner
Dan is the founder of Berman & Co. and has extensive experience in insurance and tort law, inheritance, estate law, and the rights of the elderly. Over the years, he specialized in managing legal proceedings in commercial and civil matters as well as in negotiations.
Dan personally accompanies complex litigation cases, arbitration, and mediation procedures from beginning to end, providing personalized, professional, and available service to the firm's clients. He lectures on legal topics in the firm's business and individual practice areas and serves as a legal advisor on issues related to the rights and issues of the elderly.
Academic degrees: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B); Has a bachelor's degree in political science and criminology (A.B).
Certification: Certified as an attorney by the Israel Bar Association.
Additional professional certifications: Chamber of Insurance Agents in Israel, 1984 (elementary insurance - general and life insurance - pension and health); Holder of a real estate brokerage license, since 2010; Has training in drawing up a durable power of attorney; Notary license holder.
