Adv. Shany Elkabetz Cohen, Founding Partner

Adv. Elkabetz Cohen formerly served as senior coordinator of foreign workers in the Ministry of Interior and as the Legal Counselor of a well-known chain of Asian restaurants. During its service in the Ministry of Interior she accumulated vast experience on all aspects of formalization of citizenship status in Israel, immigration and representation vis-à-vis the Ministry’s agencies. In addition to her work in the firm, she serves as a member in the Immigration and Foreign Workers Committee of the Israel Bar Association. She was admitted into the Israel Bar Association in 2009 and by education has an LL.B. (cum laude) from the academic program of the College of Management. In the firm, she heads the following practice areas: Visas, immigration and citizenship status, labor law and tort.
