Adv. Cohen has many years of experience in commercial and real estate law. He formerly served as the legal counselor of Shlomo Sixt Ltd. and Shabiro Engineering, Construction and Investments Ltd. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and in handling complex real estate transactions and projects. He was admitted into the Israel Bar Association since 2009 and by education has an LL.B. (cum laude) from the academic program of the College of Management. In the firm, he heads the following practice areas: real estate and urban renewal (Tama 38), real estate taxation, contractor licenses and obtaining a contractor classification, commercial law (accompanying companies), civil law and representation before legal tribunals and courts
