Efgad Group is a veteran development and construction company that has been operating in the real estate market since 1989. It was founded by contractor Efraim Henig, a senior figure in Israel's construction industry, holding the "Master Contractor" title from the Israel Builders Association. Today, Efraim serves as the company’s president, and his son, Shai, is the CEO.

Over the years, the company has initiated and developed large-scale projects with thousands of housing units across Israel, including in Tel Aviv, Eilat, Acre, Ariel, Beit Shemesh, Ashkelon, Jerusalem, and other locations.

The company also holds a 5-star safety rating and places strong emphasis on construction quality and the use of building materials that carry the Israeli Standard Mark only.

BRIZA, Ashkelon – A luxury project near the sea with approximately 93 apartments in a 24-story tower (under construction).

Agamim, Ashkelon – Construction of approximately 800 residential units in the growing Agamim neighborhood (under construction).

Be'er Ya'akov – Construction of 84 residential units and commercial space

(in planning).

Jerusalem – Construction of 130 residential units and commercial space

(in planning).

Urban Renewal Projects in Ashkelon, Ramat Gan, and Bat Yam – Construction of approximately 2,500 housing units. Some projects are in the planning stages, with building permits expected within about a year.
