The firm was founded in 1940 by Attorney Joseph Samuel, of blessed memory, and a decade later his brother, Attorney Shmuel (Sammy) Samuel, of blessed memory, joined him. Today, the firm is headed by Attorneys Alon Samuel and Alon Avrahamov.
