Education: LL.B., Bar-Ilan University (1993). Former member of the Bar-Ilan University Student Union and Chairman of the Faculty of Law Student Council (1991).

Previous Positions: Former lecturer in Family Law (1995–2005) at "Mishpatim" and "Machshavot" as part of bar exam preparation courses for interns. For the past ten consecutive years, he has been lecturing on Family Law at seminars, conferences, and continuing education programs hosted by the Israel Bar Association. He is also a lecturer at the Israel Bar Association's Continuing Education Institute, as well as at Bar-Ilan University and various law colleges, including Sha'arei Mishpat, the Ramat Gan College, and the Ono Academic College.

Public Positions: Represented (pro bono) various non-profit organizations and animal rights associations in courts and before the High Court of Justice, primarily handling animal cruelty cases. In this capacity, he represented the organizations in the High Court petition that successfully ended the force-feeding of geese in Israel. He also served as a member of the National Council for Animal Experimentation on behalf of animal welfare organizations.
