Led by Adv. Avital Bar Natan, who brings over 17 years of courtroom experience. She specializes in litigation across all judicial instances, managing exceptionally complex divorce cases, family disputes, guardianship conflicts, probate contests, and estate matters, representing clients in both Rabbinical Courts and Family Courts. In the field of divorce, she implements a focused strategy for handling parental alienation, asset concealment, and domestic violence cases, while delivering creative and effective solutions with a strong emphasis on the best interests of the children.
Dispute Resolution and Family Contracts Department
Specializing in continuing powers of attorney and wills, legal risk management, intergenerational transfer, and family wealth management, including the establishment of trusts, intra-family gift agreements, family businesses, co-parenting agreements, and common-law marriage agreements. Adv. Avital Bar Natan volunteers with the Effi Asperger Association, which supports adults on the autism spectrum, and assists families of children with special needs with proper estate planning, supported decision-making, and expressing the wishes of children and adults with special needs.
